Term and conditions of Trading of IP Hotline
1. Payment Terms
IP Hotline (We) payment terms are Cash in Advance and Credit Card payment, We accept Visa / Master / Amex /Bank card or
direct bank deposit.
2. GST
All orders placed with IP Hotline are subject to 10% goods and services tax.
3. Delivery and risk
While we shall use all reasonable endeavors to meet agreed delivery dates with carefully packed & clearly addressed, however
it shall not be liable to the customer for any loss or damage whatsoever should it be delayed or prevented from delivering
goods, supplying services or otherwise performing any of its contractual obligations due to cause or circumstance of any kind
whatsoever. If such an event should happen, we will assist the the customer to track the item or seek any possible
compensation if the item was insured.
4. Refund
We accept the Money Back refund (The purchasing price of the item, the shipping cost is not refundable) for item returned
within 7 days from the purchasing date. The buyer must inform us the order No. before sending the item back. The returned
item must be in re-sellable condition, no physical damage, with all accessories and original packaging. The refund will be
issued after the returned item received and checked. Buyer must pay the shipping cost for sending item back.
5. Warranty
The warranty period of each item is printed on the description. The buyer must inform us before sending the defective item
back to us. The prove of the purchasing is required. The defective item will be sent back to its manufacture or distributor.
Repair or replacement of the defective item and the turn around
time will depend on the manufacture or distributor. The buyer is responsible for all return shipping charges. We will send fixed or replacement of the defective item to the buyer free of charge.
6. Support
We offer the free e-mail support for all the products we supplied. The support does not include any
customer's devices, such as computer system, Internet set up etc. The response time of the support request is normally within 48 hours.
For the item that we are not able to support, we will pass the info to the manufactures or suppliers.
7. Disclaims
All products pictures are for illustration purposes only. While all care is taken, any errors or omissions in the product
description are unintentional.
8. Liability
We warrant that goods sold by it are free from defects in materials and workmanship for life of the product. We shall under
no circumstances be liable in any way whatsoever to the customer for any form of loss, damage or expense sustained or
incurred by the customer or any other party in consequence of or resulting directly or indirectly out of the supply of goods
or services by IP Hotline. Our liability for any breach of any terms, conditions, warranties or under any remedy implied by
law (which cannot be excluded), will be limited at our option to the repair or re-supply of
goods or the payment of the
cost of having the goods or Services re-supplied.
9. Jurisdiction
The construction, validity and performance of any contract incorporating, these conditions should be governed by the laws of
the State of New South Wales and the customer shall submit to the jurisdiction of the Courts of that state.

Term / conditions for VoIP products and services
1. You acknowledge and understand that the VoIP Devices (including IP Phone, ATA, USB Phone, VoIP Gateway, IP PBX,
softphone) and VoIP Service (VoIP Service Provider)) are not a telephone service. Important distinctions (some, but not
necessarily all, of which are described in this Agreement) exist between telephone service and the VoIP.
2. You acknowledge and understand that the VoIP Device and VoIP Service do NOT support emergency 000 dialing (in Australia)
or access to emergency services in your local country. You agree to inform any household residents, guests and other persons
who may be present at the physical location where you utilize the VoIP Service of the non-availability of traditional
Emergency dialing from your VoIP Device(s) and Service.
3. You acknowledge and understand that the VoIP Devices do not function in the event of power failure, or in the event of
outage or termination of your VOIP Service provider or Internet service by your Internet service provider (ISP).
4. Because the performance of VoIP device may be affected by your levels of use, the levels of use of other users and of
facilities related to providing the Services, we do not warrant that using the VoIP Devices will be free of blockages, delays
or faults of this kind and we will not be responsible for any loss or damage which may result.
5. We will not be under any liability in respect of any loss of damage (including consequential loss or damage) however
caused (whether by negligence or otherwise) which may be suffered or incurred or which may arise directly or indirectly in
respect of the VoIP Devices. Our liability for any breach of any terms, conditions, warranties or under any remedy implied by
law (which cannot be excluded), will be limited at our option to the repair or re-supply of equipment or the payment of the
cost of having the equipment or Services re-supplied.
6. If you use the VoIP Device and VoIP Service in any other country outside of Australia, you do so at your own sole risk,
including the risk that such activities violates local laws in the country where you do so.
